today i will be doing a review of the love with food box. for $10 a month you get some sample size snack foods that are all organic. now normally when i hear organic i think usually lack of taste. oh my. was i wrong. in the october box i received some organic jelly beans, a shortbread cookie,falafel chips,a banana bar. cheese straws, some snap pea crisps,and 2 packets of almond butter one chocolate the other honey.
as of posting this i have not tasted the falafel chips as a friend told me they would taste good with hummus and i dont have any in the house right now. nor have i tried the jelly beans....those are next.
since i am allergic to banana i gave the banana bar to my boyfriend. it was brownish in color. and thats about all i can say about it. he took one bite and spit it out. he said it didnt really taste like bananas.
the cheese straws were ok....not something i would buy for myself as they were too spicy for me but i would check out to see if the company makes other flavors.
i dont like peas but i tried the snap pea crisps, they were pretty good. my boyfriend really likes them.
the shortbread cookie was AMAZING. especially if you put the chocolate almond butter on top. oh my gooooooooooooooooood. the most delicious thing ive had in a while. made me go out and buy some other type of shortbread cookies to use the honey almond butter on.
so....brands to watch for in your nearest whole foods or other organic food store are...

The first time I tried the jellybeans I was like meh just a jellybean but the second time I realized they are delicious! Lol
